Margibi, Liberia, March 18, 2025: Residents of Kakaka in Margibi County woke up to the dismay of seeing the lifeless body of man floating in the Benda Creek on March 18, 2025 during the morning hours.
The man was seen bent over almost under the bridge in the water, dressed up in a gray color round neck t-shirt and jean trouser. His hands and waist were also buried in the water.
Police in Margibi and the Kakaka City Corperation say family members of dead man confirmed that the man was in his early thirties but had suffered from according to them, the family also believe that the man must have fallen from the bridge into the water while in route somewhere when he was suddenly attacked the sickness.
The family is also reported as saying that the epilepsy had normally attacked and thrown him down, leaving him helpless at those moments at any place which was dangerous.
The Benda Creek is located almost in the World Bank community in Kakaka.
The Kakaka City Corporation explained that it assisted the family in getting his remains from the water and had him buried immediately.
