Mr. Habakkuk who according to our investigation has admitted to purchasing crushed rocks mixed up with cement reported himself to the Kakaka Police Station when angry citizens of the city moved to his residence after they received information that he purchased the rocks.
The rocks were spotted at his project site in the Green Hill Community of Kakaka days ago, he is said to be under taking a clinic project.

The rocks were transported by one of the company’s trucks, some residents of Green Hill have maintained. The Margibi County Development Officer, B. Lewis N. Kaine in an interview with reporters recently said the 8.7 kilometers road pavement project was contracted to the PGL which subcontracted the East Construction Company.
The man in question is also accused of earlier on buying some other materials related to the road apart from the rocks mixed with cement.
Prior to his situation, an unknown pickup was observed by community dwellers of the Madina Community in Kakaka at night being uploaded with the crushed rocks placed on the Madina Community Road by the project implementers.
The pickup driver ran out of the community when some residents were going to engage those putting the rocks in the car from the road.
